i have been taking lida product for two months now and i have lost tremendeous weight! I was really skeptical of using them, but they were recommended to me by a trusted family friend, so I gave them a shot.I'm so glad I did! My started weight was 168 and now i am at 140, I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to lose weight :)
